Carola's
experience as an abstract painter goes back many years
with exhibitions in Germany and Britain since 1981.
Having artistic parents, painter and a sculptress,
helped to develop a love of texture, form and colour
which can be seen in her organic landscapes and still-lifes.

in the northeast of Scotland. Formed in 2003, they provide
an informal network for artists, gallery owners and makers,
and help the public access the wealth of creative talent
throughout the northeast. This annual open studios is
currently the largest such event in Scotland.
