Sue spent many years in the Far East and Europe where she mastered the techniques of Batik and Painting on silk. She developed many other craft skills but it wasn’t until she moved to Deeside that she concentrated on her love of painting.  She has since, developed her style (eclectic) and moves between the mediums allowing the subject to dictate the journey.

She has exhibited locally and abroad, also winning a number of awards with her work. Over the years she won various prizes in the Kincardine & Deeside Art Competition.

Working as manager of the Milton Art Gallery, Crathes, leaves her little time to pursue her hobby, but feeds her inspiration.
