Kim Morris
Born into a family of professional gardeners, and raconteurs, Kim developed a passion for plants and story-telling alike. Although she initially trained as a theatre designer, she went on to study Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Having spent many years teaching internationally (in schools) within Germany, Africa, Fiji, Thailand, Austria and Italy, she’s now settled in Aberdeen. She continues to explore flora and fauna and favours bold watercolour and pencil images. More recently, she has been focused on structure and detail using dip pen and ink to develop narrative drawings.
